Job description :
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Role and responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and generate fund from market.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Able to lead the external and internal team.
- Establishing the Management Team in the allotted Catchment
- On boarding of our distribution network
- Maintaining & increasing the Sales of your area
- Reaching the Sales Target & Goals for your area
- Defining Network Plan by identifying Potential Pockets for Business
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Product Promotion to Dealers and Farmers
- Conducting trials of the products and then evaluating the performance of trial and on boarding of dealers
- Providing live demo of our products
- Monitoring the team's performance & motivating them to achieve targets
- Satisfying the needs of existing Farmers & Dealers and query resolution.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Meeting with Gram Pradhan and big farmers and Dealers.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer / Dealer accounts yourself
- To promote dealership development
- To generate sales leads through dealers for supply of company's own brand of organic products
- Reporting to Senior Management
- Establish Management Dialogues and drive sales growth.
- Lead, coordinate and motivate the development and commercial teams to achieve business growth.
- Oversee the Sales and Operations
