Roles & Responsibilities-
Troubleshooting HW issues ( No Boot , No Post , No Video , BSOD )Identify point of failures on desktops and Laptops
- Serve as technical support for Staples Windows environment
- Perform preventative maintenance on all workstations
- Troubleshooting browser issues , VPN clients ,Internet issues (Wired & Wireless ),Outlook issues ,other OS related troubleshooting
- Printer, shared drive mapping.
- Installing software on the client systems.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems
- VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP LAN networks
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to remotely manage client systems
- Associates degree (Computer Science or Business/Information Systems preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in helpdesk operations or Remote Desktop
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
